THE TECHNOLOGY
At the heart of this new-generation design is an all-new SharkNose specific to Ultralite. It has improved inflation, performance, comfort and ease of use. The ground roll of the Ultralite5 is the shortest of all the light wings we've flown: you'll take off in fewer steps than ever before, an important factor for mountain take-offs.
A new bow has made the wing more compact, with more intuitive and direct handling. The new panel shape and improved wing torsion have significantly reduced drag, improving real-world performance and efficiency at no cost to safety.
WEIGHT
At 1.76 kg for a size of 17 m², the Ultralite5 is the lightest certified dual-surface wing per m2 of flat surface. The 15 m² and 13 m² (load test only) weigh 1.59 kg and 1.42 kg respectively.

THE LITE HERITAGE
Over the last 20 years of lightweight paraglider development at OZONE, our lightweight wings have taken off from the top of Mount Everest, competed in every X-Alps and broken distance records in bivouac flights around the world. The Ultralite5 offers enough performance for thermalling, ridging or even cross-country flying with safety and comfort, and this new version will considerably increase your range thanks to significant performance gains, without compromising on safety.
