A new wind on the EN-A class.
AONIC sets the standards for the top of the EN-A class. Usable from the start of paragliding training, it is the ideal ally for ambitious pilots who would like to conscientiously perfect their automatic skills in EN-A class. The step to the next class is no longer mandatory to benefit from performance, glide and responsiveness. An aspect ratio of 5.17, 49 cells and a reduced line, the AONIC has everything of a big one, with the little extra safety of the EN-A class. It also appeals to pilots who want to change to an EN-A, and who want to fly relaxed without missing any of the little details around.
Growing together.
During the tuning and testing phases, the idea was to make the AONIC very accessible and versatile. Piloting is intuitive with a high level of passive safety, while retaining this touch of agility and speed; a good recipe for great adventures to come. Optimization of design and materials down to the smallest detail make the AONIC the sail to play long after training, in SIV/Pilotage, XC, traveling or soaring.
Open all options.
With the AONIC, it is easy to accumulate flight hours in EN-A. Whether it is to evolve towards the EN-B class in the future, or to specialize in a more specific area of activity: hike&fly, cross country, competition, aerobatics, the AONIC is certainly the most suitable wing to accompany you in your first adventures. This versatility is perhaps the reason why you will never part with your AONIC
The head free for the essentials.
Feeling good with your paraglider starts well before take-off. With the AONIC, disentangling is easy thanks to the lines sheathed in the lower part and reduced in the upper part. The combination of Dyneema on lines A and B, and Kevlar makes it possible to reduce the diameter of the lines and to obtain very good stability. The risers have been designed specifically for the AONIC and the lines allowing certain maneuvers to be carried out (the ears for example) are marked for easy identification. The color code recommended by the Paragliding Manufacturers Association (PMA): line A: red; line B: yellow; line C: blue; controls: orange; stabilizer: green. Color coding on the risers for the right and left for a safer connection to the harness. Speaking of harnesses for the AONIC, NOVA recommends the versatility of the VENTUS.
